Ingredients:
Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Aqua, Sodium Bicarbonate, Carbomer, Cellulose Gum, Charcoal Powder, PVP, Sodium Hydroxide, Cocos Nucifera (coconut) oil, Menthol.

Usage:
- Tear open foil packet to reveal the strips by taking an edge, pulling the soft strip off the plastic film.
- Look in the mirror, place the bottom strip first, face the gel side to the surface of the tooth, align the straight edge of the strip to the gum, gently press and adjust the strip with finger, making it completely adhere to the tooth surface.
- Repeat using the second strip.
- Keep the strips on your teeth for 30 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking.
- Remove strips and discard. Rinse away any existing gel and admire. Clean off any remaining gel residue by brushing your teeth and gargling.
Important Tips:
- regularly use charcoal whitening strips every three months to obtain a whiter and brighter smile.
- To reach and sustain a better teeth whitening effect, please try to reduce or avoid smoking, drinking tea, coffee, cola or red wine, and eating highly pigmented foods such as cherries and blueberries etc.
- Please complete the course of all the strips within two weeks.
Warnings:
